Summary of Purchaser's Agreement and Protective Covenants - Highlights

  • Minimum size of resident to be built is 640 square feet.
  • New construction of cottages/homes only (includes RTM).
  • All building and site work must meet the requirements of the local planning district.
  • All structures must meet applicable building codes.
  • Cottage/home must be constructed within three years from date of lot purchase.
  • Trailer or mobile home allowed only during construction period.
  • Public well system piped to each lot - chlorinated and filtered water. Purchaser is responsible for hook-up.
  • Holding tanks for sewage and grey water only.
  • Hydro service provided to each lot, but the purchaser is responsible for hook-up.
