Summary of Purchaser's Agreement and Protective Covenants - Highlights
- Minimum size of resident to be built is 640 square feet.
- New construction of cottages/homes only (includes RTM).
- All building and site work must meet the requirements of the local planning district.
- All structures must meet applicable building codes.
- Cottage/home must be constructed within three years from date of lot purchase.
- Trailer or mobile home allowed only during construction period.
- Public well system piped to each lot - chlorinated and filtered water. Purchaser is responsible for hook-up.
- Holding tanks for sewage and grey water only.
- Hydro service provided to each lot, but the purchaser is responsible for hook-up.
